Age 90, of Napoleon Township, took her step from earth to eternity and into the arms of Jesus on Saturday, September 21, 2019 with her loving family by her side. Dolores was preceded in death by her husband, Harold in 2001; sons, Randy Rowlader, Robin Rowlader and Gordon Wesley Rowlader, Jr; parents, Glen and Iva (Hinkle) Greening and her brother, Gorson Greening. Dolores is survived by her beloved family, her daughters, Connie (Gary) Toal of Washington; Becky (David) Seymour of Napoleon Township, Rhonda (Larry) Elliott of Traverse City and Linda (Dan) Pike of Adrian; two daughters-in-law, Cindy and Paula Rowlader; twelve grandchildren, Anthony, Jonathon, Brian, Gordon Wesley III and Alexander Rowlader, Austin and Anson Toal, Philip and Nathan Knickerbocker, Kody Blevins, Trisha Seymour and Danny Pike, Jr.; ten great-grandchildren and two nieces. Dolores owned and operated the Econ-o-Wash on Lansing Avenue in Jackson for many years. She worked elections in Napoleon Township and for 30 years bowled in leagues at Summit Lanes. She looked forward to her monthly luncheons with high school classmates and friends. Dolores enjoyed crafts, especially sewing and cross-stitching; she made personal items for each of her grandchildren and baby hats for newborns at University Hospital in Ann Arbor. She was a longtime member of Calvary United Methodist Church. Known by all for her happy disposition and positive attitude, her favorite times were those spent with her beloved family. Services will be held at Arthur-Day Funeral Home on Thursday, September 26, 2019 at 2:00 pm with Chaplain Kyle Herrick officiating. Interment will follow at Horton Cemetery. Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Wednesday evening from 6 to 8 pm. For those who wish, contributions to Henry Ford Allegiance Hospice would be appreciated.
