Age 53, of Jackson, passed at away at Michigan Medicine in Ann Arbor on Tuesday, April 2, 2019. She was born at National City, California on May 5, 1965, the daughter of John G. “Jerry” and Linda J. (Boyer) Stassines. Tami was a 1983 graduate of Napoleon High School and attended Ferris State University. She had worked with a temporary staffing agency as an administrative assistant. Tami is survived by two sons, Nigel and Andrew Branch, both of Jackson; two grandchildren, Elijah and Alexzandria Branch; mother and step-father, Linda and Gerald “Gary” Babcock of Jackson; father, Jerry Stassines of California; three siblings, Jerry (Teresa) Stassines, Amy (Mike) Wells and Marc (Jo) Babcock, all of Jackson; many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins. Cremation has taken place and a private family service of remembrance will be held.
