Age 66, of Jackson, passed away March 29, 2022 at Henry Ford Jackson Hospital.  Michael was born on May 31, 1955 in Jackson, the son of Virgil and Mildred (Vincent) Miller.  He was a 1973 graduate of Vandercook Lake High School, attended Olivet College on a music scholarship playing trombone and went on to earn his degree at Kendall College of Art and Design in Grand Rapids.

Age 66, of Jackson, passed away March 29, 2022 at Henry Ford Jackson Hospital.  Michael was born on May 31, 1955 in Jackson, the son of Virgil and Mildred (Vincent) Miller.  He was a 1973 graduate of Vandercook Lake High School, attended Olivet College on a music scholarship playing trombone and went on to earn his degree at Kendall College of Art and Design in Grand Rapids.

Surviving are many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends who all loved him.  He was preceded in death by his parents.

Mike enjoyed travel, painting, photography and sports. He loved to laugh and was fun to be around.  He was a talented artist.  Mike was a longtime employee of Dart Container Corporation where he worked as a graphic artist.  He sold rare coins with Mike McDevitt for a time. 

A Memorial Service honoring his life will be held at Vandercook Baptist Church, 703 E. McDevitt Ave., Jackson, MI 49203 on Tuesday, May 3, 2022 at 3:30 pm with Pastor Kyle Vegter officiating.  The services will be live streamed on the church website www.vandercookbaptist.org.
