Age 1, of Michigan Center, passed away January 5, 2021. RayLynn was a ray of sunshine and pure joy to all those she met. The repeated statement of everyone is, “no matter how bad your day was, RayLynn had a smile for you.” She is survived by her parents; Nathan L. Pennington and Abbey R. Soltis, sister; EllaRae, grandparents; Tonya Harvey, Jenny and Gary Soltis, Tom and Janet Pennington, great-grandparents; Sandra Pierce, Leonard and Irene Soltis, Harriet and “Bugs” Harvey, Charlotte Winningham and Bill Pennington, great-great grandmother; Evelyn Fredenburg, many aunts and uncles; Hunter Pennington (Alyssa), Nicholas Romwalter (Kylie), Rachel Long (Branden), Zeth Soltis (Taylor), Ethan Soltis, Collin Soltis and many loving cousins, great aunts and great uncles. She was preceded in death by her uncle; Ryan Long and great grandfather; Michael Pierce.
Services will be held Wednesday, January 13, 2021 at the Jackson Free Methodist Church (2829 Park Drive, Jackson, MI 49203) with Pastor Jason F. Engle and Pastor Tim Flickinger officiating. The family will receive family and friends at the church from 11am until service at 1 pm. Due to COVID restrictions the 1 pm service will be by invitation only and masks will be required. Interment will follow at Leoni Cemetery all are welcome.
